Ingredients
¾ cup cane sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
¾ cup softened butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chocolate chunks)
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Beat cane sugar, brown sugar, and butter until creamy and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes). Add vanilla and yogurt and beat for 1-2 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Fold in the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and combine with a spatula until just mixed.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until barely turning light brown. Cool for about 2 minutes then move to a wire cooling rack.
Serve warm or let cool, then enjoy!
